Account deletion
Shoppers can delete their Claim Central account below. Sellers close their account from inside the dashboard — see the seller section further down.
Delete a shopper account
The account you use to shop public events (email + PIN).
This is permanent. Read before continuing.
- Your email, name, PIN and saved shipping address are permanently erased. There is no undo and no recovery.
- You immediately lose access to every event you're signed into, and to your order history and invoices on this platform.
- Anything you still owe a seller you still owe. Orders and invoices stay with the sellers you bought from so they can complete or ship them, and they keep your contact details from those orders.
- Items you're holding in a cart are not automatically released — contact the seller if you no longer want them.
- Blocks stick to your email. If a seller blocked you, or Claim Central restricted your account, signing up again with the same email keeps those restrictions in place. Deleting is not a reset.
Forgot your PIN? Reset it first from any event sign-in screen, then come back here.
Delete a seller account
Seller accounts are deleted from inside the dashboard so we can verify it's really you and shut off billing at the same time.
- Sign in to your seller account.
- Open Account → Profile.
- Scroll to Danger zone → Delete account and follow the confirmations.
Deleting a seller account cancels your subscription immediately (auto-renew off, no further charges, no refund for the current period) and permanently removes your events, listings, orders, offers and invoices.
