We didn't set out to build software. We set out to sell.
1:17 AM on a Sunday. Spreadsheet open. A live replay muted in the background. Forty-two DMs asking the same three questions: is this still available, what's my total, where do I send it?
We loved the selling — the hunting, the packing, the handwritten thank-you notes, the regulars who show up every week. What we hated was everything around it. Scrolling comments to find who was first. Screenshotting claims. Copy-pasting payment links. Apologizing to a loyal buyer who claimed first and got missed because three other people typed “MINE” in the same second.
That's the night the idea was born. One link. One tap. Everything organized. Your community stays yours, because it was never ours to take. That's the whole philosophy: community first, commerce because of it.
